After launching their debut single at pool hall and premier Dalston hang out Efes, Spector return to that same setting in the video for ‘What You Wanted’, except this time no one seems that fussed. Barmaids yawn as Fred pours his heart out on stage, lamenting “I could give you anything except what you wanted.” When the elderly lady watching herself dance in the bathroom mirror finally emerges, though, she seems to be digging it so perhaps all hope isn’t lost for the boys just yet.
